To do this, you would need the guitar heros j5 box.  To connect both without having to swap cables you would need the ion expansion box or the ion j5 box and patch in the gh j5.  If you have an external drum brain, or want to eventually upgrade to one, you can then midi out to the guitar heros box as another option.
